My aim as a teacher is to emphasize the practice of simplicity, stillness of mind and self compassion through body awareness. I hope to bring students to the practice who are wishing to maintain good health as they navigate through the aging process.
Please sign on at least 5 minutes before class. Try not to eat one hour prior to practice.
